1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Izytake platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Izytake is an AI-assisted content creation platform. It enables content creators and businesses to generate, customize, and publish Instagram carousels in an automated way, based on each brand's visual and communication identity.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to use Izytake to publish defamatory, illegal, offensive content, content that violates third-party rights, or content that infringes Meta/Instagram policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the AI based on your brand information belongs to you. Izytake retains rights over its technology, algorithms, and platform interface. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Payment and Subscription
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected period (monthly or annually). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused periods, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Izytake is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time in the platform settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify active users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
